Peter has been busy out and about in Blackpool's communities. He has attended many group open days and fundraisers chatting to many locals about issues that matter to them in Blackpool South.
He has also been working closely with our local sitting MP's - Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool North and Cleveleys, and Mark Menzies MP for Fylde. They both are extremely supportive of Peter's campaign and all three attend events together when they can.
In recent meetings with Grant Shapps MP, Home secretary Theresa May MP & Local Government Minister Eric Pickles MP Peter has discussed how Westminster decisions could help to ease some of Blackpool's concerns.
Peter was also given an exclusive private tour of BAE Systems at Warton with other Lancashire Conservative PPCs. They were briefed on the most up to date of happenings at Warton - of particular interest to Peter as many of BAE's employees live in Blackpool South.
